Excellent service and clean and luxury rooms with nice ac. The location great and perfect right off the beach. Also - short walk to the grocery store & other stores as well as the airport at 4:30 AM.

We enjoyed our stay in a spotless and well-stocked room, even though the phone didn’t work. 👍.

The hotel, for the rate, is excellent. The staff, the facilities, the cleanliness are all fantastic. My sister and I also loved the location since it was SO easy to just jump back on i95, and it was also very close to City Place. I will definitely be staying at this hotel next time I am in town.

it was clean and the staff were very professional, beds were comfortable. the room was a nice size, had stunningly beautiful views. really enjoyed the decor, it was comfortable.

Proximity to airport and major highways. The complementary shuttle servic was also a perk the drivers acted as tour guides of sorts and explained the hotel and shuttle service destinations to the local shopping/dining areas and transportation hubs

Ok lobby is excellent and clean. But on the 9th floor where we stayed there were tons of cockroaches it was terrible. We didn't even want to leave our toiletries out because it was so gross. They were even coming out of the outlets so it's clearly a large problem that they need a exterminator for

On the second day at approx 9.00 am the maid was trying to get in my room to clean and freshing it up.

Well priced place to stay in West Palm Beach, everything was excellent. The staff - very hospitable and excellent. Plenty of good options for meal. Clean pool, parking onsite. Shuttle was offered too.

Carpets need cleaned or replaced. Breakfast not included with price of room. Shuttle doesn't start for early flight, should be able to schedule to any flight

The location of this place is amazing, and the shuttle service to the airport was a great perk; we even discovered a fantastic restaurant just a short walk away called El Ideal.

Hotel's web site says check-in time is 3 pm. So I get there just after to find one man in casual shirt at the reception. I was 2nd in line and after a few minutes there were 3 other people behind me. The man in front of me was told his room was not ready for him, so another room had to be found while I and the others had to wait. How difficult is it for management to know that at the advertised check-in time, more than one guest will be arriving and that the rooms should be ready for the guests when they arrive. Such Incompetence!!! Then my turn to check in and I told casual shirt my ihg number and said I would like the little gift with the bottle of water in it. So he goes to the counter behind him, fiddles around and I see him checking the bags and then he takes out the granola bar that was in the bag and gives me the bag with just the water!!! What a grubbing beggar.
